Materials Submitted for Transformation

Customers may submit garments, jerseys, textiles, or memorabilia (“Materials”) for transformation into custom heirloom products. Materials may contain names, numbers, or identifiers. These are used solely for fabrication, documentation, provenance tracking, archival standards, and quality control.

We do not extract biometric data or sensitive personal identifiers from submitted Materials.

Process Documentation & Archival Imagery

During intake, Photo Lab review, Private Atelier™ design approval, and production, we may capture photography or video of Materials and finished pieces for internal documentation, quality control, training, and brand storytelling. Identifying details are only shared publicly with client permission.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
