Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jersey Blanket website, Private Atelier™, Heirloom Preservation System™, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Orders & Final Sale Policy
All custom builds are made-to-order using materials provided by the client. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once production begins.
Clients may upgrade sizing, layout, or preservation elements prior to final production approval. Downgrades after confirmation are not permitted.
Design Approval & Binding Confirmation
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their design configuration prior to final production. Approval—whether through the Private Atelier™ or direct written confirmation— constitutes binding authorization to proceed.
Once approved, structural layout, panel selection, orientation, and preservation configurations are considered final.
Private Atelier™ Visualization Disclaimer
The Private Atelier™ provides a digital design environment for layout planning and visualization. Renderings are conceptual representations and may not precisely reflect final scale, color tone, fabric behavior, texture, stitching density, lighting, or material interaction.
Variations between digital renderings and physical results are normal and inherent to textile-based craftsmanship.
Client Materials & Transformation Risk
By submitting garments or memorabilia (“Materials”), you acknowledge that cutting, deconstruction, stitching, quilting, pressing, and binding permanently alter the Materials.
Jersey Blanket is not responsible for pre-existing fabric weakness, dry rot, material degradation, dye instability, shrinkage, distortion, or hidden structural flaws.
Heirloom Preservation System™
The Heirloom Preservation System™ incorporates proprietary construction methods designed to enhance structural longevity and durability.
While engineered for extended use, no textile product can be guaranteed against lifetime wear, environmental exposure, misuse, improper storage, or unforeseen material failure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jersey Blanket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or emotional damages, including loss of memorabilia value, sentimental value, or perceived market value.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in dispute.
Intellectual Property
The Heirloom Preservation System™, Private Atelier™, and associated processes may be protected by intellectual property laws, including pending or issued patents.
All trademarks, design systems, layout architecture, and proprietary workflows remain the exclusive property of Jersey Blanket Ltd.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
